MODERN CALLIGRAPHY WORKSHOPS
These workshops are perfect for beginner’s and start from the very basics of calligraphy. You will receive your very own personalised calligraphy kit which will include:
ink pot
pen holder
nib
worksheets
guidelines
You’ll begin by understanding how to form lines, shapes and letters with your nib and ink, before moving on to joining letters up to make words and phrases. Once you’ve mastered that, the world is your oyster!
I have partnered with Penfax, Hexham to host the workshops with locations in both Hexham, Northumberland and York, North Yorkshire. Please see dates & venues below.
The workshops run for two hours, from 10.30-12.30 and will be held on a Saturday. Refreshments of tea and cake will be included!
